With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of energy, real estate, and environmental performance, Jeff advises some of the largest healthcare systems, real estate investment trusts, and higher education institutions in the U.S. on how to align carbon reduction strategies with financial and operational goals. His work focuses on helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes—including Local Law 97 in NYC, BERDO in Boston, and state-level building performance standards—while integrating data-driven approaches to decarbonization, energy procurement, and ESG reporting.
