Jim has been in the construction industry for 22 years, beginning his career in 2000 with Danis as a co-op. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 2004 from the University of Cincinnati. Jim is now Vice President of Operations and has served in various roles focusing on leading building construction projects in and around Southwest Ohio. He is the primary thought leader, innovating Danis’ advanced prefabrication operations and is currently serving as VP and Market Leader for Danis’ Cincinnati, Ohio office. He is a LEED AP and a member of ASHE. A graduate of Leadership Dayton 2019, he serves on his township zoning appeals board and is the chair of his church’s building campaign. Jim has served on non-profit boards including Children’s Home of Cincinnati and March of Dimes Dayton. Jim and his wife reside in Fairfield Township, Ohio with their four young children. He enjoys playing with his kids and camping trips with the family.
