John McKenzie

John McKenzie is the Associate Director for the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics Capital Management department. His primary duty is to lead the project management team to the completion of all construction and capital improvement projects inside the hospital and its offsite facilities. John has spent his 20+ year career on all sides of the healthcare construction table as a hospital facility director for hospitals in Illinois and Iowa, a senior project manager for a general contractor specializing healthcare construction, and a project manager for Invision Architecture in Iowa. John has previously served the ASHE community by serving on the ASHE Education committee as well as several ad hoc committees.
