Director of Facilities, Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital

Joe Wysock, MBA, CHC serves as the Director of Facilities at Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH). At LBHH, Joe manages the maintenance department, housekeeping, food services, nutritional services, IT, and security. As a top priority at LBHH, Joe is focused on providing the safest environment of care to the patients and staff. Prior to taking on this new role at LBHH, Joe lead various projects around the region as a Construction Project Manager for Penn Medicine/Lancaster General Health. With the transition from Construction to Facilities, Joe became a certified Handle With Care instructor and helps respond to codes at the hospital. Healthcare has been Joe’s passion since serving as a Facilities Intern at Lancaster General Health in 2007. A Lancaster native, Joe studied Carpentry at Thaddeus Stevens College where he earned his Associates Degree and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Penn College and an MBA from Lebanon Valley College. In addition to his full-time job, Joe serves as President of the Thaddeus Stevens College Alumni Association, board member of the Thaddeus Stevens Foundation, Chairman of the Thaddeus Stevens College Building Committee, and Board of Trustee at Thaddeus Stevens College. Joe was recently recognized as a Central Pennsylvania 2022 forty under 40 award recipient.
