Justin Pollard is the Senior Director of Acute Facilities for Sutter Health, a 24-hospital health system based in Northern California, where he started as a stationary engineer over 15 years ago. Justin’s focus is engineering education, culture, and quality, three things very important during his time as a Navy nuclear mechanic. Justin earned a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering technology from Old Dominion and a master’s in engineering management from the University of Colorado.
