Kat is passionate about team dynamics and collaboration and takes a methodical approach to the architecture and construction process that provides clients with confidence; they know what to expect every step of the way. Kat has done speaking on burnout for clinicians and design/construction professionals with Ripple Intent, Project Management Institute, American Case Managers Association, Colorado Healthcare Associated Risk Managers, and Women in Healthcare. Working with major medical facilities, she has excelled and risen to the challenges of overseeing fast-track delivery projects by supporting the owner’s strategy around key schedule drivers for multiple stakeholders to work collaboratively together. As part of her professional career, she seeks to continually shift industry awareness around the impact of burnout for design/construction and healthcare professionals and the necessity of integrating well-being into everyday work.
