Katie Brymer is a Program Manager for Medxcel with over fifteen years of healthcare experience. As an experienced Project Manager and EM, EC, and Safety professional, she has over ten years of expertise in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and improving to ensure successful implementation and sustainability. She is experienced in analyzing operations, developing/implementing process improvements, mitigation planning, and standardizing best practices.

Katie manages the project portfolio for Emergency Management (EM), Environment of Care (EC), and Safety programs, including $35M in public assistance and insurance funds for damages related to federally declared disasters, $90M in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Grants, and $3.5M in FEMA grants to harden our hospitals against terrorist activities.

Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a master's in Liberal Arts. In addition, she has several certifications, including Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), Certified Emergency & Disaster Professional (CEDP), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction and 30-Hour General Industry.
