Kevin T. McOsker P.E., CBO

Kevin McOsker is the Vice President of Technical Resources with the International Code Council. He provides technical assistance with building codes and building department operations for the Government Relations Department of ICC. Previously, Kevin was the Director of the Department of Building and Safety and the Building Official for the City of Las Vegas, Kevin is a Certified Building Official and Nevada Professional Engineer and has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Nevada – Las Vegas.
