Lizzie Ortolano serves as the Executive Director of the Association for the Health Care Environment and the American Society of Health Care Engineering, two professional membership organizations of the American Hospital Association. With over 15 years of experience in association management, Lizzie has represented various industries, including commercial and bankruptcy law, healthcare, and real estate. She has a proven track record of designing operational infrastructure to enhance stakeholder/member experience. In her previous roles, Lizzie has focused on membership recruitment and retention, fundraising, program development, customer experience, and chapter/component relations. She is passionate about mission-driven organizations and engaging teams to achieve strategic goals. Lizzie has successfully led all facets of business development, lead generation, strategic partnerships, communications, strategy, and thought leadership.
