Executive Director, Strategic Space Planning and Transition Strategy, Stanford Medicine Children's Health

Lynn is the Executive Director of Strategic Space Planning and Transition Strategy at Stanford Medicine Children’s Health and has close to 30 years of industry experience including the planning and opening of the +500KSF Packard 2.0 Main Tower. She is currently leading Packard 3.0, which includes 49 projects that will renovate their 30-year-old West Hospital Building. As a nurse, Lynn understands the clinical perspective of projects, adding a unique value when planning future design, workflow, and operations. Over the past several years, Lynn has also led the COVID Reactivation Task Force related to logistics, space, signage, and return the workplace activities.
Lynn's areas of expertise include pediatric nursing, oncology and bone marrow transplant, operational planning, strategic space planning, transition and activation planning, workflow planning, curriculum development and training, project management, design planning, leadership, team collaboration, service recovery, issues management and mitigation planning, hospital-wide simulation in new space, move planning and execution, signage, COVID logistics and planning for returning to the workplace post-pandemic.
