Madeline Frederick is a healthcare strategy executive with a passion for driving growth and improvement in mission-driven organizations. In her current role at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, she leads strategic programming efforts for long-range space and campus planning. Her prior experience includes strategic and operational planning-focused roles in academic, cancer center and governmental healthcare settings. While she has built her career in southern California, she is originally from Kansas City, and earned her Master of Health Services Administration from University of Kansas Medical Center.
