Manas specializes in programming, medical planning, and master planning for diverse healthcare projects spanning urban and community hospitals, academic medical centers, and ambulatory care facilities. On the new UCSF Health Hellen Diller Hospital project Manas serves as lead health planner and has been responsible for development of departmental layouts to accommodate some of the most complex clinical care provisions. He led various user group meetings to secure planning signoffs and collaborated with multidisciplinary project teams to align planning, design, and engineering solutions with the budget in an integrated project delivery (IPD) environment.
