Mark Blaskowski, PE, has been with the Wisconsin DHS DQA OPRI long enough to know what all those letters mean, and has been a member of ASHE and ICC since 2019. He has over 40 years of experience in commercial building projects as a professional engineer in structural and HVAC design. He currently is a state plan reviewer for Healthcare Facilities in Northwest Wisconsin and is performing CMS Surveys for Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Hospice, and ASCs in the State.
