As a chartered UK and French registered architect, he brings extensive expertise in health planning, health design and project delivery. Since joining Jacobs in 2013, Matthew has successfully cultivated a global and diverse team of health specialists comprising project managers, health planners, clinicians, economists, architects, and engineers.
