Meredith’s 15 years of healthcare operations background has fueled her passion for creating sustainable change. She joined Akron Children’s Hospital in 2001 as the Administrative Director for the new pediatric Heart Center.  She was the Vice President of Surgical Subspecialties for 4 years.
