As the Managing Partner of MRC Group, Mike is an experienced capital program executive with broad experience leading real estate, construction, and facilities operations departments. He has extensive knowledge in managing the design and construction process of large, complex healthcare programs. Mike has a gift of taking complex building challenges and executing them efficiently and seamlessly. Whether it is implementing capital plan development or troubleshooting an engineering challenge, he is the go-to expert. Mike has sat on every side of the construction experience and is skilled at bridging all of the pieces of the owner, contractor and designer relationships together. Mike earned a bachelor and master degree in engineering from Penn State University. He is a licensed professional engineer in several states, and sits on the ASHRAE Standard 170 committee, the ventilation guideline for healthcare facilities in the United States.
