Mike Bruskin has been with Turner Construction for thirty-five years in various roles including operations, estimating, cost, engineering and procurement. In his current role, Mike is responsible for procurement policy; national subcontractor relationships; providing risk management guidance to Senior Management on evolving trends; the review, interpretation, and guidance to ensure that all Business Units are adhering to correct procurement guidelines and standards; and establishment of procedures in response to specific and evolving business needs.
