Nick leads teams in developing best practices and innovative solutions to ensure the successful design, construction, and completion of all projects under his oversight. Along with his occupied healthcare renovation experience includes a new two-level basement Energy Center over a new four-story, 225,000-sf Medical Office Building and a 110,000-sf. two-story Rehabilitation Institute. His approach focuses on creating a team culture and an environment of trust.
