Oscar Gomes is a seasoned project manager and healthcare design leader with over 20 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. As a Principal and Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at EwingCole, Oscar brings a dual lens to his work—guiding complex healthcare projects from concept to completion while championing inclusive design practices that reflect the diverse communities institutions serve. Oscar holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University and has led major projects for nationally recognized healthcare systems. His portfolio includes the design and delivery of six outpatient facilities for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and the new St. Mary’s Medical Center for Essentia Health—a transformative project that redefined standards in patient-centered design.
