With 30 years of experience in academic and ambulatory settings, Pat is recognized for innovation, strategic thinking, and a multi-disciplinary approach to strategic initiatives and project implementation that promote highly successful outcomes and metrics. She’s a “nurse-first” leader, with a passion for patient safety and quality programs that improve employee and patient experience. Major projects include planning, design and/or activation of the Moody Outpatient Clinic building, Ron J. Anderson Clinic building and New Parkland Hospital.
