Paul J. Toburen is currently serving as Vice President for Facilities and Support Services for the Pinnacle Health System, developing leadership and direction for Facilities Compliance, Construction Project Manager, Director for Facilities Management (Housekeeping, Food Service & Linen Services) and Corporate Real Estate, Director for Security and Director for Technical Services. Paul has over 25 years of extensive executive experience in not-for-profit and construction environments with a record of significant accomplishments in all facets of competitive health system leadership including clinical support services, ancillary, and operational management. He is the recipient of multiple awards in work accomplished for creative and innovative facility design, performance improvement leadership, and service excellence. Paul has obtained his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science, Summa cum Laude from Albertus Magnus University, Connecticut. He previously attended University of Toledo, Ohio, Electrical Engineering Program. Paul is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
