A healthcare architectural project delivery expert, Paula Gaviria has over 20 years of experience in delivering a variety of healthcare projects from programming through construction administration on projects of varying scopes and sizes for both new and renovated facilities. Her experience and knowledge of the delivery process from inception through commissioning, encompassing owner/user/consultant team coordination, AHJ compliance, schedule and budget, brings proven owner acknowledged value on her projects. She serves as a knowledgeable and focused leader to her clients, who often view her as a member of their own team. As the leader for Project Delivery, she is focused and committed to her responsibility to help the team provide quality-controlled delivery and successful outcomes for the Owner and Johnston. In her capacity she also mentors the young team members in the process of coordination and project value.
