Idaho-born and Phoenix-raised, this ASU graduate earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management in 2007. Phil selflessly contributes to a multitude of worthy causes, and consistently proves thoughtful, intelligent and caring. His integrity and strong work ethic are evident in everything he does, and the standards he holds himself accountable to are nothing short of admirable. Phil is well respected within Kitchell and by everyone he crosses paths with, including clients, vendors and partners.
Phil recognizes the importance of investing in our youth, and often plays mentor to the younger generation – whether it be his employees, his church’s youth group, underprivileged children in special programs or his own children at home. Phil always lends a hand and passes on his understanding and insights to all who can use a helping hand or a sympathetic ear.
