Ratan Milejov MBA

Ratan Milevoj is the Vice President of Innovation and Assistant Chief Strategy Officer at Valley Children's Healthcare (VCH). One of her key accomplishments lies in the development of Valley Children's energy strategy, a significant resilience and environmental stewardship initiative. This endeavor aims to bolster the hospital's energy resilience and position it as a national leader in healthcare decarbonization. Ratan plays a pivotal role in shaping the hospital's digital strategy and directed the effort to create the George’s Idea Lab, an innovation incubator that empowers Valley Children's employees to develop groundbreaking solutions for pediatric healthcare. Prior to her current role, Ratan led the growth of Valley Children's Medical Group through multiple practice acquisitions and new physician practices and held various other leadership roles at Valley Children's. She holds an MBA from CSU Fresno, is a fellow of the Carol Emmott Fellowship and the Advisory Board. She also serves on the board of UnitedWay of Fresno and Madera.
