Ms. Hathaway brings 35 years experience in healthcare operations and executive leadership roles.
Most recently, Rebecca was responsible for the operational leadership during the design, development, and opening of Temecula Valley Hospital.
During the project she maintained the vision for transformative healthcare and created a culture through thought leadership, process improvement, use of Lean tools, and simulation modeling; resulting in best practice design and outcomes, and innovative approaches to care delivery.
Ms. Hathaway is EDAC certified, a member of the Planetree Visionary Design Network, and has over 20 recent speaking engagements on these topics.
