Richard Tannahill

Richard Tannahill, a licensed architect since 1995, has over 30 years of architectural experience with over 25 of those years in healthcare design. Richard specializes in project management, building code, and Construction Administration. He has worked in both Plan Review and Building Standards for code writing, interpretation, and public outreach. He is active with the HBSB as a staff participant. He assisted in development of the Pharmacy Sterile Compounding Guidelines and new Dietary Guidelines and is currently working on a new Psychiatric Facility Guideline in cooperation with the California Department of Public Health.
