Robin Manke RN, CHEP, CHSP, CHFM

Regional Facility Director - TX, Medxcel

With nearly 30 years’ experience in healthcare, Robin Manke has extensive knowledge in healthcare facilities, emergency management, environment of care and safety. In her role as Regional Facilities Director for Medxcel, Robin oversees the facilities management teams supporting Medxcel hospital clients in the Texas region. Robin provides leadership to the region, ensuring the facilities management teams deliver service excellence to clients, and are aligned in achieving client and Medxcel organizational goals. Prior to her position as Regional Facilities Director, Robin, also served as the Area/Regional Director of Safety and Environment of Care for Medxcel.

Robin started her career as a Nurse in the Emergency Department and went on to become more involved in developing her skills in emergency preparedness, crisis management, environment of care, infection control and public safety. Prior to joining Medxcel she served in various roles including Director of Emergency Management for Virginia Commonwealth University Health System and Adjunct Instructor for the National Center for Biomedical Research and Training at LSU.

Robin holds an associate degree from John Tyler Community College, a bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management and Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University and a master’s degree in Homeland Security and Public Health. She holds the following certifications: Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional (CHEP), and Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM).
