Spanning a 28-year career in the construction management industry, Roger has delivered over $2.1 Billion in projects in the Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Multi-family sectors. A Decorated Combat Veteran of the US Army Rangers and Special Operations communities, Roger combines leadership expertise developed in some of the most complex and challenging environments and subject matter expertise of the design and construction processes to lead, coach, and develop high-performing individuals and teams to deliver projects.

Roger holds a Master's in Management and Organizational Leadership degree from Penn State University.
