Sarah Bader, Gensler’s Health & Wellness Leader and co-managing director of the Chicago office, is passionate about identifying and designing to the big idea. Sarah strives to change the way people think about the healthcare environment. With 20+ years of experience in healthcare, institutional, education and corporate facilities, Sarah brings seasoned insights to clients. She has worked with notable healthcare institutions such as Northwestern Memorial Healthcare, University of Iowa Healthcare, The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, as well as some of the Midwest’s leading financial institutions. She has undergraduate degrees in finance, economics and interior design, and a master’s degree in architecture.
