Shay Rankhorn has over 18 years’ experience in healthcare facilities management, project management, property management, and regulatory compliance for several large healthcare organizations including HCA, Lifepoint, and Community Health Systems. He is currently the Multi Facilities Director of Engineering Services for Mountain States Health Alliance in Johnson City, TN and is responsible for Franklin Woods Community Hospital and 46 medical office buildings across Washington County, Tennessee. Previously, Shay held a similar position for Triad Hospitals at Crestwood Medical Center in Huntsville, Alabama for 7 years. In addition to daily facilities, property, and regulatory management, he was responsible for 13 major construction projects totaling 97 million dollars. Shay has worked with several purchasing organizations including HealthTrust Purchasing Group and Premier and enjoys collaborating and developing strong partnership relationships with vendors and owners.
