Teresa has more than 25 years of healthcare design experience and specializes in integrating lean planning tools in all aspects of her work. She is expert in helping clients navigate innovations in medical care to optimize decisions serving the best needs of patients and staff. Many of Teresa’s projects are long-term commitments managing multi-site, multi-building projects including work with Atrius Health, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
