Tony Dover is the Energy Management and Sustainability Officer at UCI Health. With >17 years of experience, he leads the development and implementation of energy management and sustainability programs and policies and oversees the decarbonization and climate resilience initiatives. Prior to joining UCI Health, Tony served as the Energy Manager for Cook County, Illinois, where he led strategic energy management and carbon reduction plans countywide and managed a $100M energy efficiency capital improvement program.
