Tracey Lavallias

Executive Director Behaviroal Health Service Line, Penn Medicine, Lancaster General Hospital

Dr. Tracey Lavallias serves as Executive Director of the Behavioral Health Service Line at Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine (LG Health). He is responsible for assuring behavioral health services delivered at LG Health are consistent with the organization’s mission and accessible to all within the service area. Before joining LG Health in 2015, Lavallias served as President and CEO of Northern Children’s services, a community based system of care in Philadelphia, PA. He also served as Chairman of Tabor Northern Community Partners, a Community Umbrella agency responsible for regional social services within the 5th and 14th districts of Philadelphia. In addition, Lavallias served as the Deputy CEO of Ancora Psychiatric Hospital, a 719-bed psychiatric hospital in Hammonton, New Jersey. Lavallias possesses more than 25 years of healthcare experience including management of hospitals, and community based agencies. He received his bachelor’s degree in administration of justice from Portland State University, master’s degree in public health from Temple University, master’s degree in business administration from Widener University, and Doctorate in Business Administration from Wilmington University. Lavallias also holds a certificate in non-profit management from Harvard University.
