Troy is Manager of Strategic Project and Innovation at Mazzetti. He pairs facilitation, care, and process improvement techniques with engineering knowledge to help individuals, communities, organizations, and industries navigate strategic and operational change. He leads and facilitates “Reimagining Workshops,” a human centered design infused series workshop and innovation platform at the intersection of healthcare design and practice. Troy excels in creating interactive conference presentations and experiences to enhance learning and inspire novel thinking. Troy helps organizations conduct strategic decarbonization planning. And, since March 2020, Troy has coordinated IFHE’s support of the WHO response to COVID-19 and other critical healthcare challenges.
