Dr. Zhu has served as Chief Engineer for a fortune 500 company, as Engineering Manager for a 6 million sq-ft campus and as Facility Properties Director for a 4 million sq-ft hospital and clinics campus of MD Anderson, with the leading of 4 successful Joint Commission and 1 CMS survey and key contributions to over $1.5 billion constructions for healthcare buildings and high- rise commercial complex.
Dr. Zhu is a co-author of the “American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) Health Facilities Commissioning Handbook.” As one of the recipients, he received the 2013 ASHE “Excellence Award for Healthcare Facility Management.” He has been selected as the Advisory Committee member for ASHE Commissioning, Texas Association of Healthcare Facility Management Regional Rep, and the President of Houston Area Association for Hospital Engineering.
