Driven by a passion for user-centric design, she advocates for incorporating the user's voice into the design process to create next-generation care delivery models that enhance patient and staff experiences. Currently serving as the Director of Research at BSA LifeStructures, Dr. Zamani leads initiatives aimed at advancing research-driven solutions in healthcare architecture, shaping the future of healthcare environments through evidence-based design principles.
